Project description:
As Sr. Project Manager, managed and supervised the design, budget, documents/project controls, scheduling support, estimating, cost analysis, change order negotiations, claim analysis and claim documentation support to the project management team. Developed complete project controls and program management system for the $500M construction management program.
Maintenance of the system for the following 5-year period, including updating and implementing the master schedule, document control management, cost estimating, constructability review, and construction management.
Established the E2020 Project Control Management System and Primavera 6 master scheduling and financial management system for the City of LA Clean Water Bond Program also provided constructability reviews, and back checks, developing financial reporting structures.
